Motivation? Zero. Video games? Lots.

So I have 10 days left until I go back out West. I think my body is anxious because I haven't slept well at all in days.

On the bright side, I have gotten to see several of my friends before I leave and play loads of video games. Robert and I played some N64 and Wii Thursday.
Friday night, Hannah and I played some Mario Kart Wii.
Then Saturday I introduced the Snow boys to N64 (they were less than thrilled with how difficult the original Mario Kart was) but they adored Poke'mon Stadium. (figured right?)
but of course after playing with them, what did Hannah want to do? But play Mario Kart with Lizzy and I =D

I think the best part was when we were deciding which one to play, Hannah says "The one we played last night", yes because I can totally remember what I played with you over every other person I have played video games with in the past 3 days. But it was all good, and Lizzy made a great come back and kicked our butts.

In other news, I have been craving Fun Dip.

And how could we ever forget Peanut Butter M&M's????

(Only the best kind ever!) And my friend Sam tried them for the first time yesterday! O.o
And of course he was immediately addicted to them.

But as I said, Hannah and Lizzy came over Saturday night, but not before Hannah and I made a late night Food Lion run to get ice cream (because we had none in the house), And of course Hannah wore her stunning pjs to the store. We found a great deal on Edy's ice cream, buy one, get one free! Edy's is normally expensive so who could say no to that?

In other news, I hung out with Sam yesterday, just caught up some more since we rarely get to see each other. And then I went over to Marissa's and we watched "Freedom Writers" (which was very good by the way). Overall, I've had a good weekend.

Now if I can get a good night sleep. Oh and working like crazy this week.

My Computer Has Stopped Spazzing

Therefore it obviously means I should be blogging. Though I am partially determined to be asleep before 11pm for the first time since I was 10.

Okay I feel like I sort of tell about my life but not really. Here's a little 411 on my life lately:

• I tend to work unexpected hours a bit.
• I also get called in for emergency babysitting when Grant manages to bust his chin open while riding his scooter on President's Day when ALL doctors are closed so the ER is packed.
• Occasionally I get nice little shopping trips with my friends Sam, Marissa, Kris or Yutsil. =]
• And sometimes I find great deals on belts, earrings and dresses with them =]
• I spent Tuesday shopping with Kris, then that unexpected working stuff and then sat down with Sam for 6 hours just catching up on life.
• There's always those few days I'm ACTUALLY scheduled to work and those are always entertaining with Brian causing havoc on my little stand, moving things around just to keep me entertained during the quiet moments. Always fun =] No really, we all have some good laughs there.
  
• Learning names my sort-of-coworkers a month after meeting them and talking to them every day. Thanks Brian for letting me know that other guys name is Brad (in my defense he NEVER wears his name tag)
• I've been writing letters lately (mostly to Rachel White) and I think I'm getting better at letter writing. It actually takes some skill, though little.
  
• Yutsil just gave me around 2GB of AWESOME music. Guess who is going to be listening to a different band every week for the next 6 months =]
  
• It rained today which smells AMAZING so Yutsil and I made Mexican hot cocoa (you melt this chocolate bar into milk on the stove) and it's SOOOOOOOOO GOOD!! while eating doughnuts =] and listening to said awesome music.
• I sprayed some perfume stuff on me because it smelled nice in a small dose and now I'm going loopy from the stench. O.o
  
• Waking up to the sound of rain is happy =]
  
• I have no plans tomorrow so guess who is having a pajama day? ME! =D
• They make Cheerwine cake, awesome? Yes. Why is it I never liked/drank Cheerwine until I went to Idaho, now I crave it randomly.
• 4 weeks from tomorrow I am BACK OUT WEST!!!
• Even better, I get to spend a WHOLE ENTIRE WEEK WITH MY SISTER AND JESSE!!!!! Now tell me you are not totally completely and utterly jealous. Yeah you are, don't even try to deny it! xP
• Finally.................I just REALLLLLLLY LOVE MY SISTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is pretty much the greatest person ever and I think I should kidnap her and never let her go....but then I remember I should share her with Jesse because he's pretty awesome too. =]

My heart is pounding, my nerves surrounding

So my heart is pounding, it seems really fast. It's either because I am TERRIFIED of needles (due to getting my wisdom teeth out on Tuesday) or because I ate too much today and I'm trying to digest it all. I refuse to believe my stomach is the size of my fist. It's BOLOGNA! Why is that pronounced ba-lone-ee? Yeah I bet I just got you singing that song in your head.

But yeah so I DON'T want to get an IV, it's scary. Darn needles! I don't mind the drilling in my mouth, psh I've had fillings, needles in my mouth (where I can't see them) don't bother me worth anything. But I hate veins and needles. Ewwww! *cringing* They make me cringe & feel very very sick. Yeah now you're saying "They're nothing to be afraid of Megan" Trust me I know but I am still terrified. It's a legit fear that I have, don't judge me. Worst part is I'm more scared of the IV than anything else! haha Sad sad I know....

Anywho, my roommate Taija is getting hers out Tuesday as well, and she hates needles too, so we're in this together. =] We'll try to text each other when we're not drooling over ourselves or trying to tell people what we want. Poor Albert, we didn't have cell phones back then so we used sign language to communicate w/ him. But I hope to recover faster than my brother & sister due to only having 2 wisdom teeth. Muahahahaha! Lucky me =] Oh and Robert gets his out Friday, so we're gonna get our friends to set up a play date for us since we PROBABLY shouldn't drive with all the medication we'll be on. Yay for drooling 18 & 19 year olds that have to eat baby food and have other people feed it to them! It's like being baby all over again cept you don't have to cry.

Which reminds me, there's tons I won't be able to eat.....poor babies, they don't get to enjoy such wonderful foods. Like cake, better than cake are MUFFINS! I love muffins. But along with cakes, I love the blog Cake Wrecks. They are AMAZING! It's my dose of laughter everyday since I don't have Lizzy and Speros at my side constantly to make me laugh until my sides hurt. Man they need to get a TV show together, they're the best things since muffins! But yeah cake wrecks, check it out, you never knew cakes could be so hilarious!

Soooooooooo.........................yeah I feel like I have so much to do and one day to do it in, due to stupid teeth that grow though they can't fit in your mouth. xP I'm hanging with Marissa tomorrow (I'm sure lots of fun pictures will be up later) and going shopping with Lizzy. She is AWESOME to shop with. Sarah and I are going to try to get ice cream Thursday if I can move, yum ice cream! I haven't seen Sarah in ages =[ And I wanna see Inception, probably Saturday with Chase when he gets back. He's in Florida =[ But he got there safely so I am happy. =] Oh and I hope I will have many visits from friends watching lots and lots of movies. I hope to be cultured in some crazy awesome movies this week.

In other news I am reading Pride & Prejudice this week for the millionth time. If you just said "Ewww" to that book, 1) You deserve to be slapped and 2) You probably don't like it because you're not quite bright enough to enjoy such an amazing novel. Yeah you just laughed at the 2nd one and said "no, I just don't want to read it" yeeaaaah.....whatever helps you sleep at night. Nah I understand it's not everyone's cup of hot cocoa but it's mine and I am addicted to it. And I encourage everyone to read it at least once in their lives. I hope to read all of Jane Austen's amazing works before I die. =]
